Leading behavioral economist, food psychologist, and bestselling author Brian Wansink, Ph.D., joins us to discuss both small tweaks and major redesigns that actually work in helping employees make healthier choices. The answer is not to tell people how to eat, or to limit their lunchtime menu to spinach and legumes. He is the author of the bestselling book Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think, as well as hundreds of professional books and peer-reviewed journal articles. His newest book is Slim by Design: Mindless Eating Solutions for Everyday Life.
